Refund policy

At Pehlora, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item under the following conditions:  


1. Eligibility for Returns

- Defective Items must be returned within 24 hours of delivery.  

- Products must be unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.  

- Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.  

- Custom or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.  


2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our customer support team at (support@pehlora.com) your order number and reason for return.  

- Once approved, you will receive return instructions.  

3. Refund Process

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method** within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.  

- Shipping fees are non-refundable

- If an item is damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement or full refund.  


4. Exchanges

- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your order and place a new one.
