Lemon oil is well known for skin conditions, including acne.
When applied topically, lemon oil can kill bacteria that may get trapped in pores and cause breakouts. It can also clarify your skin, gently exfoliating dead skin cells that often become trapped in the hair follicles and pores.
Lemon has Antiseptic and antimicrobial properties which help to cleanse the scalp, keeping hair healthy and shiny. Vitamin C in lemon oil also helps to produce collagen which is crucial for faster hair growth
Face – After cleansing the face, apply a few drops of only the oil or a mixer of it and other essential or carrier oils and massage into your face and neck.
Body – For the skin, you can apply a few drops to any part of the body and massage before applying your body lotions, a few drops can be mixed with your body lotions.
Hair – Whilst your hair is moist, apply a few drops of oil in to your hair and scalp by massaging it in.
